You can now collect your Hoodrich order from a DPD Pickup point with our DPD Pickup Delivery Service.
DPD have 2,000 locations across the UK, with pick-up locations including Halfords, Sainsbury's, Rowlands, Post Office and Numark.
You'll need to present photo ID and your DPD pick-up pass code, which will be sent to you by email or SMS once your order is ready for collection.
If you haven't received your pick-up pass code, or you no longer have your collection email or SMS, you can provide the store with photo ID instead.
Your order will be held in store for 10 days. After this time, it'll be returned back to Hoodrich.
We only offer next day delivery to the UK; our order processing cut-off time is 4pm (GMT) for Next Day services, Monday to Friday (no Next Day Service on Saturdays/Sundays).
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used during checkout. This will include your order number.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you've selected a tracked service, we will pass your information to the courier so you can receive detailed tracking information from them directly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. The email will include a tracking number and link.
